Plasma coating
Unlike comparable coating processes, atmospheric plasma spray coating is characterised by high coating rates and high flexibility with consistently high quality.
The core of the process is the targeted feeding of organic, ceramic or metallic additives (e.g. micro-powders, etc.) into the plasma spray that has a temperature of several thousand degrees.
The low heat input due to the plasma spray enables the coating of sensitive substrates such as paper, plastic or wood During this process, 3D surfaces can be functionalised with a large number of different additives (e.g. fluorine-free anti-adhesion coatings, conductor tracks, anti-corrosion coatings, etc.). These plasma coatings themselves have excellent mechanical and physical properties with a thickness of just a few micrometres or even nanometres.
The modern coating technology can be integrated extremely well into existing production lines (in-line capability) and is of course also available as a coating cell (plug & play solution).
Surface treatment
The atmospheric plasma spray technologies from INOCON Technologie GmbH make it possible to carry out large-scale or local surface treatments.
This enables a large number of applications, such as the use of cost-effective base materials, the combination of previously incompatible materials and highly efficient, environmentally friendly production processes.
Due to our many years of experience in the area of surface technology, we can evaluate, adapt and subsequently optimise customer processes.
